1. At the time of set-up, payment is due and rental and safety contracts will be signed.
2. We do have a weather cancellation policy. We understand that weather can change instantly. In the case of unsafe weather conditions, we will rescheaduleyour rental without any penalties or additional costs.
3. Since rentals are booked mainly on weekends, we advise you to try to book rental 1 month in advance. Though at times we do have extras in stock, so if you have an immediate need, just call and we will see what we can do for you.
4. Rental units take about 10 minutes to set-up and about 10 minutes to tear down.
5. We are very professional and when you tell us the time of your event, we will arrage to arrive earlier so when your event starts, everything is all ready done and we are gone.
6. Cancellation policy - We understand that cancellations do arise. We ask that you give us a 48 hour notice.
7. We do not require a rental deposit.
